CIW Internet Certification Expands to Germany; New Partner is Second Largest Microsoft Trainer in Europe.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 1999--The Internet Certification Institute International (ICII), a wholly owned subsidiary of ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO), the global leader for Internet certification, training and courseware, Tuesday announced that DITEC has joined the ICII Authorized Training Partner network.

DITEC is the largest Microsoft CTEC in Germany and second in Europe. The addition of DITEC increases the total number of ICII Authorized Training Partners in Europe to 37 and increases worldwide support of the CIW Internet skills certification standard beyond 800 training centers on six continents.

Through a network of training centers in Germany's seven largest cities, DITEC earned more than US$23 million in training revenue in 1998. This performance ranks DITEC as the leading independent training company in Germany, which is Europe's largest IT training and education market. A recent IDC report valued the German IT training and education market at US$1.35 billion in 1997 and forecast it to increase to US$1.95 billion by 2001.

In addition to its scheduled training programs, DITEC offers qualification programs for unemployed in association with the German National Employment Agency. DITEC qualifies 1,000 people each year with Microsoft certifications under this program and has an initial contract for 875 CIW certifications under this same program in 1999.
