CIVIL MOLESTATION CASE MOVES AHEAD AGAINST EX-COUNCILMAN.Byline: Karen Maeshiro Staff Writer PALMDALE - Former City Councilman Kevin Carney's bankruptcy filing will not delay trial in a lawsuit accusing him of molesting a teen-age family friend, a judge ruled Thursday.
