PALMDALE Palmdale, city (1990 pop. 68,842), Los Angeles co., S Calif., in the irrigated Antelope Valley; a growing residential suburb of Los Angeles near Little Rock Creek where it forms Lake Palmdale Reservoir, inc. 1962.  - Citizens can learn City Council and Measure T election results as they arrive Tuesday for Election Night Central, starting at 8 p.m. in the Palmdale Council Chambers, 708 E. Palmdale Blvd.

The City Clerk In the United States, a City Clerk is an elected or appointed official who is responsible as the official keeper of the municipal records. Citizens may also call the Registrar-Recorder's office for election results at (562) 466-1323. This number will be in operation until all ballots are tallied on election night.

After 8 a.m. on Nov. 8, county information may be obtained by calling (562) 466-1310. Election results also may be obtained through the Web site www.lavote.net or, for statewide results, vote2000.ss.ca.gov/returns.htm.
