Christine Dao, the Highlanders' freshman No. 2 singles player, withdrew from her match in the second set after injuring her ankle and set the tone for things to come in Friday's City final against No. 2 Carson at Balboa Balboa, town (1990 pop. 2,751), Colón prov., in the former Panama Canal Zone, on the Gulf of Panama.
