CITY PLAYHOUSE IN HOLIDAY SPIRIT.Byline: Daily News PALMDALE - Holiday music will be presented tonight and Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week. during the Palmdale Playhouse's Visual and Performing Arts Program's annual ``Spirit of the Holidays.'' The Youth and Community Orchestras take the stage at 7:30 p.m. tonight to present an evening of holiday music including ``Tannenbaum Fantasia fantasia (făntā`zhə) [Ital.,=fancy], musical composition not restricted to a formal design, but constructed freely in the manner of an improvisation. In the 16th and 17th cent. , ``Ukrainian Bell'' and ``Hava Nagila.'' At 2 p.m. Sunday the Palmdale Youth and Community Choir choir [O.Fr.] 1 A group of singers; traditionally the chorus organized to sing in a church. Usually, Roman Catholic, Anglican, and Lutheran choirs are composed of men and boys, but occasionally in these churches and customarily in other Protestant will present more Christmas songs. ``These performances are a perfect way for families to experience the joy of music, dance and art during the holiday season,'' said Cultural Arts/Theatre Manager Dea McAllister. Tickets to ``Spirit of the Holidays'' performances are $7 for adults and $5 for seniors, students, military and youth.
