``We have reason to believe that there is more than one group of suspects responsible for these vandalisms valleywide,'' said Deputy Dan Burdick of the Lancaster sheriff's station. ``We feel it is probable that we have yet to apprehend those that are responsible for the attacks in Lancaster.''

Palmdale witnesses said the vandals were in a champagne-color car, deputies said. Many Lancaster witnesses said the vandals were in a light-color compact.

On Friday, investigators arrested two Palmdale teens in connection with the vandalism. Nineteen-year-old Joshua Gharibian and a 16-year-old boy were arrested in a champagne-color 1996 Buick Regal, deputies said.

Anyone with information in this case is asked to call Detective Tim O'Quinn at the Lancaster sheriff's station at (661) 940-3846.
