The Santa Clarita City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to shut down offices. Earlier in the week, City Manager Ken Pulskamp and Councilwoman Laurene Weste joined tens of thousands of mourners at the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley where Reagan lay in repose.
