CITY GIRLS' TENNIS: GRANADA HILLS STAYS ON TARGET WITH TOUGH WIN.Byline: Erik Boal Special to the Daily News During its run of 50 consecutive wins over City Section opponents, Granada Hills High's girls' tennis team has had plenty of 6-1 victories. None were as close as Monday's triumph over visiting Marshall of Los Feliz in the quarterfinals of the City division playoffs. The Highlanders, three-time defending section champions, won four of the first five matches. But aside from straight-set victories by seniors Julia D'yachenko and Roxanne Plata in singles, third-seeded Granada Hills (12-1) found its path to Wednesday's semifinals difficult. ``It was a lot closer than the score indicated,'' said Granada Hills coach Simon Robertshaw, whose team will face second-seeded Carson (14-0) - a 5-2 quarterfinal quar·ter·fi·nal adj.
