Avocados, citrus, vegetables, strawberries, and nursery products are grown. - City officials and Adelphia Cable representatives will talk today and examine documents from an audit that contends the cable provider owes the city $650,000 in overdue OVERDUE. A bill, note, bond or other contract, for the payment of money at a particular day, when not paid upon the day, is overdue. 2. Steve Naber, Adelphia's general manager for Ventura County, said franchise fees have been paid to the city. ``We're looking at the audit,'' he said. ``I firmly believe that at the end of the day, the amount owed to the city is nowhere near that amount.'' Assistant City Attorney Jason Alcala said the preliminary audit started about four months ago. Fearing that any money owed to the city would be lost in light of Adelphia's bankruptcy filing, the city filed a claim last Friday with a New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
