CITY APPOINTS SEVEN TO NEW COMMISSION.Byline: Daily News GLENDALE - The Glendale City Council selected seven people Tuesday to serve on the new Commission on the Status of Women Noun 1. The appointees - who will serve staggered one-, two- and three-year terms - were chosen from a pool of 26 candidates who were interviewed by the council. Each appointee APPOINTEE.
