CITX Forms New E-commerce Services Division; Thomas Goldman Named VP of Operations.

The new division, which will focus on providing an extended range of e-Commerce processing services such as EFT and credit card transaction processing and automated bill presentment through IntraPay, CitX's Internet-based secure e-Commerce platform, will be located at CitX's rapidly expanding corporate center located in Quakertown, PA.

Thomas K. Goldman has been appointed Vice President of Operations (VPO) for IntraPayX. As VPO, Mr. Goldman will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of new business strategies that leverage the CitX Web-based Intrapay e-Commerce platform into new targeted vertical markets.

Mr. Goldman, a Pennsylvania resident and a graduate of Shippensburg University, has been in the financial services field since 1983. During the past 10 years he has focused on business and management consulting to small cap companies in the areas of corporate and strategic planning as well as cash management.

Over the past two years his focal point has been the implementation of e-Commerce solutions for companies' cash flow strategies. In addition to his work in the United States, he has been actively involved in projects in Europe, Russia, South America and the Caribbean.
