CITGO Petroleum Selects Biofriendly's Green Plus for Low Emission Diesel Formulation in Texas.


MONROVIA, Calif. -- Biofriendly Corporation announced today that CITGO Petroleum Corporation has selected its Green Plus(R) diesel fuel enhancer to formulate Texas Low Emission Diesel (TxLED).
