Court rules require witnesses to testify about the facts they know that are relevant to the determination of the outcome of the case. before the House Ways & Means Committee Trade Sub-committee about the importance of considering the interests of all Americans, including those in consuming industries, when the Ways and Means WAYS AND MEANS.
