CITA Biomedical Strikes Deal with Creative Care Management Ltd.; Provides CITA's UROD Treatment Method Through Employee Assistance Program.

CITA(R) Biomedical Inc. (OTCBB: DTOX), a growing leader in the treatment of addiction dependency, today announced that it has signed a service agreement with Creative Care Management Ltd. (CCM), a Chicago-based employee assistance and managed behavioral healthcare service provider.

Under the agreement, CCM will offer CITA's UROD(R) (Ultra Rapid Opiate Detoxification) treatment method and recovery program through CCM's EAP services.

The agreement is the first approval from a third-party payer in a growing CITA program, which allows the company to proliferate use of its patented UROD treatment program worldwide. UROD is the only clinically tested and effective treatment method to rapidly detoxify individuals addicted to opiate-based drugs, including heroin and Vicodin, within four to six hours with few, if any, withdrawal symptoms.

Performed by state-board certified physicians in CITA-licensed treatment centers, the UROD process is designed to purge opiates from the body with its unique pharmaceutical formula of FDA-approved medications. CITA also offers a comprehensive aftercare program -- FIT(SM) (Flexible Intensity Treatment). After the UROD procedure, the patient embarks on a six-month medication and therapy regimen.
