CIT Commercial Real Estate announced several senior appointments.

Greg Geletka is a managing director and chief investment officer. He is responsible for analyzing strategic investment direction and credit risk associated with structured transactions. Geletka was a former managing director at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage and served as president and chief operating officer of Debis, a division of DaimlerChrysler Capital Services.

Bruce Quinn is a managing director and head of sale-leaseback financing. He advises companies on the most effective way to monetize their real estate assets. Quinn served as president and chief executive officer of Cushman & Wakefield Net Lease Trust, Inc. and was a managing director at Chase Securities in their Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group.

Jerome Sanzo is a managing director and head of real estate capital markets. He specializes in capital markets activities including loan syndications, subordinated debt sales, and loan acquisitions. Sanzo was a senior vice president at GE Capital Markets, Inc., where he managed the Real Estate Loan Syndications and Sales Team. He also served as head of Real Estate and Project Finance activities at Banque Indosuez.

Natalie Wilensky is a managing director and serves as a senior investment banker for the advisory group. Wilensky served as a principal and member of Hilco Real Estate, LLC, and was a principal and member of JE Matthew LLC.

Timothy Zietara is a managing director and head of Real Estate Structured Finance. He is responsible for bridge lending, including senior, mezzanine and preferred equity investments in all forms of commercial real estate. Zietara was a partner, senior director and manager of Wrightwood Capital's Eastern U.S. office and served as senior vice president and regional manager of Wells Fargo's Real Estate Group. gig
