Carlton A. Glassford, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. (Bradenton, FL) recommended TopChoice Systems as his first choice of Internet Service Providers (ISP (1) See in-system programmable.

) for the ecismall.com project. Glassford commented that, "TopChoice Systems is very reliable, they're always up to date and are one of the best values in the industry. If not THE best value."

CIS.com, Inc. will simultaneously build two secure online computer product malls because there is a growing need for a Canadian-based secure online computer product mall. According to The Globe & Mail Canada's national newspaper, "About 90 per cent of Canada's on-line shoppers would like to buy from Canadian Web sites but only a small fraction have done so because so few E-commerce sites are based in Canada, a new poll suggests."

This is to be the first of many secure online retail outlets to be based in Canada and to be operated by Magra Technologies Corp. (CDN (Content Delivery Network) A system of distributed content on a large intranet or the public Internet in which copies of content are replicated and cached throughout the network. :MGRA). Both secure online shopping malls are expected to be operational within six months. CIS.com owns 64% of Magra stock.

Magra is a systems integration company that already offers thousands of brand name computer products. Magra has already successfully negotiated with manufacturers to offer proprietary products such as integrated CD-ROM Towers and high-end data backup equipment, which will be offered in their online mall.

"We think it makes sense to build a Canadian-based E-Commerce center since Magra is a Canadian-based company and will already be heavily involved in the production of the (www.ecismall.com) online computer product mall. Security is a very big issue with us, we intend to protect the customer," Glassford stated.

Plans to lease store space to other Canadian retailers are being addressed by CIS.com, Inc. and Magra.

Brian Selzer, Managing Director of Magra Computer Technologies Corp. stated: "We are very proud to be Canadian. We want to provide our people with a viable solution to having to purchase their computer products elsewhere online."
