CIS TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES RECORD REVENUE AND OPERATING INCOME.


Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:CISI (company) CISI - A French software producer. ) today announced financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 1995.

For the quarter ended September 30, 1995, revenue was $12.7 million, an increase of 66% compared with $7.7 million for the third quarter of 1994. Operating income Operating Income

 for the third quarter of 1995 was $1.6 million compared to $644,000 for the same quarter of 1994, representing an increase of 155%. Third quarter 1995 net income was $959,000, or $0.03 per share, an increase of 90% compared with net income of $504,000, or $0.02 per share, for the same quarter in 1994.

Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 1995, was $32.2 million, an increase of 41% compared with $22.8 million for the same period last year. Operating income for the first nine months of 1995 was $3.9 million compared with $1.7 million for the first nine months of 1994, a 131% increase. Year-to-date net income was $2.8 million, or $0.09 per share, compared with net income of $1.5 million, or $0.06 per share, for the same period last year.
