CINDY K. ANDREOTTI NAMED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MCI CORPORATE NATIONAL ACCOUNTS.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 1996--MCI is announcing the appointment of Cindy K. Andreotti to the position of senior vice president of MCI Corporate National Accounts.

In this new position, Andreotti leads a nationwide, 1,100 member sales and service force serving MCI's largest corporate customers from her headquarters in Los Angeles.

MCI Corporate National Accounts provides advanced domestic and global communications services and information technology solutions to America's largest corporations.

Andreotti reports to Daniel M. Dennis, president of MCI Large Accounts, based in Southfield, Mich.

Andreotti joined MCI in 1990, serving in positions of increasing corporate sales management responsibility. She most recently served as vice president for MCI Corporate National Accounts' Western Region, based in Los Angeles.

Prior to her tenure with MCI, Andreotti held business sales management positions with AT&T in the Midwest U.S.

Andreotti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minn., where she studied Business Administration and Women in Management. She has attended executive leadership courses at Stanford University, MIT, the Aspen Institute and the Menninger Foundation, and serves on the Advisory Panel of the Center for Information Technology and Management at the University of California, Berkeley.

An active member of the community, Andreotti is a cabinet member of the Los Angeles Music Center, vice chairman of the Japan America Society, director of the Japan America Symphony Association, serves on the Advisory Council for the Unocal 4-H After School Activities Program (ASAP), and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Red Cross.
