 BB:CIMK) today announced its revenues and earnings for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 2001.

For the fiscal year, CIMNET's revenues totaled $8.44 million, an increase of 177% over revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2000. Net income before taxes for the year was $2.2 million, compared to a loss of $716,000 for the fiscal year 2000. Finally, net income after taxes for the year ending December 31, 2001 was $1.38 million, compared to a net loss of $649,000 for the fiscal year 2000.

Based on the net income (after taxes) for the year 2001, earnings per share (EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format. ) are $0.22/share.

Revenues for the fourth quarter were $2.28 million, an increase of 218% over revenues recorded for the same period last year. Net income before taxes for the quarter was $350,000 compared to a loss of $272,000 for the same period last year. Net income after taxes for the quarter was $167,000 compared to a net loss of $205,000 for the same period last year.

Based on the net income (after taxes) for the quarter, earnings per share (EPS) are $0.03/share.

CIMNET attributes the growth in revenues and earnings for the year to an overall growth in business awarded in their Manufacturing Execution System
