Manufacturing execution system (MES) describes a set of integrated functions within a packaged software system or it can also describe the accumulated functionality within the production management infrastructure of a manufacturing or production company.

For the three months ended September 30, 2006, CIMNET posted a 58.5% increase in total revenues of $1,454,354 compared with $917,502 for the same period in 2005. Net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 was $279,340, equal to $0.04 per basic and $0.03 per diluted share compared with net income of $58,082 or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, in the comparable period last year.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2006, CIMNET posted a 64.2% increase in total revenues of $4,068,677 compared with $2,477,243 for the same period in 2005. Net income for the nine months ended September 30, 2006 was $748,437, equal to $0.10 per basic and $0.08 per diluted share compared with a loss of ($7,683) or ($0.01) per basic and diluted share, in the comparable period last year.
