CIMNET Announces 2006 Second Quarter Financial Results; Total Revenues Up 68% Compared to Last Year.

Manufacturing execution system (MES) describes a set of integrated functions within a packaged software system or it can also describe the accumulated functionality within the production management infrastructure of a manufacturing or production company.

For the three months ended June 30, 2006, CIMNET posted a 58.2% increase in total revenues of $1,387,928 compared with $877,309 for the same period in 2005. Net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 was $215,465, equal to $.03 per basic and $.02 per diluted share compared with net income of $67,246 or $.01 per basic and diluted share, in the comparable period last year.

For the six months ended June 30, 2006, CIMNET posted a 67.6% increase in total revenues of $2,614,324 compared with $1,559,741 for the same period in 2005. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2006 was $469,097, equal to $.06 per basic and $.05 per diluted share compared with a loss of ($65,765) or ($.01) per basic and diluted share, in the comparable period last year.
