CIMA takes training to another level. (Institute News).The institute has launched a new programme that will improve support for employers wanting to develop their financial and business managers to chartered management accountant level. CIMA Training provides official recognition for employers that meet CIMA's training standards, and offers managers and students benefits including guidance materials and technical support. CIMA Training builds on the strengths of the Training Through Partnership (TTP TTP (thymidine triphosphate): see thymine. ) scheme, and follows extensive research into the training needs and requirements of existing TTP employers. It requires employers to meet specific benchmarked training standards.
