CIMA newly-qualifieds flock to celebration in London.


Undeterred by the terrorist bombings in the capital a few days earlier, nearly 300 people attended ClMA's new members' celebration at Lloyd's of London Not to be confused with Lloyds Bank or Lloyd's Register.

Lloyd's of London is a British insurance market. It serves as a meeting place where multiple financial backers or “members”, whether individuals (traditionally known as
 on July 11--a record-breaking turnout for such events.

CIMA's president, Ian Christison, presented the new members with their certificates and, along with CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Charles Tilley, addressed the audience at the event, which was sponsored by Hays Accountancy & Finance.
