(http://forums.alfresco.com) Utilizing phpBB, (an open source forum solution) CIGNEX developed a points system designed to 'reward' community responses to questions posted by members.

When an Alfresco forum member posts a question on a topic, like all forums, another member has the option of responding. Once the original author has reviewed the response, they have the option of assigning as·sign
