CIGNA expands Park Lane lease.


PITTSBURGH: Wells Real Estate Funds announced that insurance giant CIGNA CIGNA CG (Connecticut General Life Insurance Company) INA (Insurance Company of North America)  Corporation has signed a new, expanded lease at 3000 Park Lane, in suburban Pittsburgh, to 2020.

Intracorp, a subsidiary of CIGNA, leased a majority of the five-story, Class-A office building when it was acquired by a Wells investment fund in 2007. CIGNA has now agreed on a lease expanding into the entire 105,000 s/f building over a period of 24 months, and running for an additional 10 years. The property is located in North Fayette Township township: see town. .
