The region is thought to have been so named by Capt. Regional Operating Center. There will also be a virtual site in Freeport, Maine. Expected to be fully operational by Dec. 1, the initial phase of hiring for the new operating center will be in excess of 60 new positions in New Hampshire and Maine. Among the functions that will be expanded within and added to the current operating center are the claims processing, member services, enrollment and finance operations from the Healthsource plans in New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of and Indiana.
