CIGNA HealthCare Names New President of Georgia and Alabama Markets.ATLANTA -- Scott Evelyn has assumed the position of president and general manager for CIGNA's health care operations in Georgia and Alabama. Evelyn will lead CIGNA in its quest to improve the health, well-being and security of all of its members in both states.
