CIENA Signs Reseller Agreement with Laurel Networks; Encompasses Worldwide Marketing, Sales and Support of Laurel's ST200 Service Edge Routers.

CIENA(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:CIEN CIEN Ciena Corporation (stock symbol) ), a leading global provider of innovative network solutions, today announced that the company has entered into a reseller agreement to market, sell and support Laurel Networks' flagship ST200(TM) Service Edge Router Also called an "access router," it is a router that sits at the periphery of a network. Under the terms of the agreement, CIENA also will integrate Laurel's ST200 into its LightWorks(TM) ON-Center(R) Management Suite.

Supporting CIENA's LightWorks Services portfolio strategy, the partnership between CIENA and Laurel further enhances CIENA's comprehensive set of network solutions designed to help service providers capitalize on Cap´i`tal`ize on`
