CIBER Promotes Larry Greenwood to Solutions Consulting Group President.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 1997--CIBER, Inc. ("CIBER") (NYSE - CBR) announced today that effective immediately, Larry Greenwood, President/Spectrum Technology Group, Inc. ("Spectrum), a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBER, has been elevated to President of CIBER's Solutions Consulting Group.

This consolidated division will be initially responsible for Spectrum (senior management IT consulting), Business Information Technology, Inc. (enterprise-wide software package implementations), and CIBER Network Services, Inc. (LAN/WAN/Internet services).
