"CIBER is well-positioned to help other universities and colleges, hospitals and not-for-profit organizations awaiting implementation because of our unparalleled Advancement consulting expertise and diverse customer base," said Claude Watson, President of CIBER's Enterprise Solutions Group, and recently named Chief Executive Officer of CIBER's planned carve-out company, announced March 1, which will retain CIBER's PeopleSoft alliance. "With CIBER's depth of experience in implementing PeopleSoft Advancement and other software products, we have the opportunity to lead the Advancement market."

CIBER's professionals began the implementation of PeopleSoft Advancement for the university in May 1999, completing the first phase within three months. CIBER completed the second phase by December, in plenty of time for St. Thomas to go live with 10 PeopleSoft modules on Jan. 3.

"The CIBER consultants have excellent working relations with our staff and, in addition to PeopleSoft Advancement, provided valuable advice for the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials, Human Resources and Student Administration. CIBER is extremely knowledgeable about the product and professional in the performance of their duties."
