), a leading orchestrator of e.Business acceleration for the Internet-based economy, today announced that Frederick "Rick" Bolin, former Deputy Director of Colorado Gov. Bill Owens' Office of Innovation and Technology, has joined the company as Director of Business Development.

As deputy director since the start of the Owens administration in January 1999, Bolin has led the Governor's New Century Colorado initiative, aimed at making state government more effective, efficient and customer friendly by deploying cutting-edge information technologies.
