The two companies will combine technology offerings and expertise to provide advanced business intelligence and wireless solutions to customers.

CIBER's e-business solutions will incorporate MicroStrategy technology, specifically MicroStrategy 7(TM), its business intelligence platform, MicroStrategy eCRM 7(TM) and MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server(TM) into CIBER's offering to enable customers to transform and deliver data into usable information with depth, mobility and speed. MicroStrategy's technology helps organizations analyze large amounts of data extracted from huge data warehouses in order to find answers to critical business questions, providing them insight to allow them to make better businesses decisions.

MicroStrategy eCRM 7 is an application that enables one-to-one marketing to millions through interactive web, wireless and voice technologies.
