The two companies will combine technology offerings and expertise to provide advanced business intelligence and wireless solutions to customers.

CIBER's e-business solutions will incorporate MicroStrategy technology, specifically MicroStrategy 7(TM), its business intelligence platform, MicroStrategy eCRM 7(TM) and MicroStrategy Narrowcast To transmit to selected individuals.
