CI Wireless Adds Tom Jones as Pacific Rim Regional Sales Manager; Strategic Hire Facilitates CI Wireless' International Growth.

Underscoring the company's continued growth in the global wireless market, CI Wireless, a leading supplier of wireless distribution products, Monday announced the appointment of Tom Jones as Pacific Rim Pacific Rim, term used to describe the nations bordering the Pacific Ocean and the island countries situated in it. In the post–World War II era, the Pacific Rim has become an increasingly important and interconnected economic region.  regional sales manager.

In this new capacity, Jones will manage all sales activities for the Pacific Rim facilitating the company's growing customer base for the region, and will report directly to Magdy Michael, vice president of sales for CI Wireless.

Prior to joining CI Wireless, Jones served as the international regional manager for Celwave RF. At Celwave, Jones worked directly with wireless operators as well as OEMs in Egypt, Israel, Turkey, South Africa and Korea. Additionally, he obtained qualified supplier status, managed on-going customer account relations and handled multi-million dollar OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  accounts.

Jones also was the sales support manager for Ericsson GE/Ericsson Inc. where he provided system sales support for the Asia Pacific region for the company's trunked products.
