) announced today the election of S. James Coppersmith and Isaac Hersly to the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company also announced that John A. Servizio, Frederick D. Brown and Robert E. Mulcahy have resigned from the Company's Board. With these changes, the Company's Board stands at eight members from nine.

Mr. Coppersmith, age 63, is Chairman of the Board of Trustees board of trustees Politics The posse of thugs who oversee an institution's administration. See Board of directors.  of Emerson College. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sun America Asset Management Corporation, Waban, Inc., The Pizzeria Uno Corporation, Kushner-Locke, Inc. and the Boston Stock Exchange The Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) is a regional stock exchange located in Boston, Massachusetts. The third-oldest stock exchange in the United States, it was founded in 1834. On October 2nd, 2007 Nasdaq agreed to acquire BSE for $61 million. . From August 1990 to December 1993, Mr. Coppersmith was the President and General Manager of WCVB-TV, New England's Channel 5.

Mr. Hersly, 47, was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
