CHURCH BUILDING SAVED AS DEVELOPER PLANS 32 FLATS.CAMPAIGNERS fighting to save an historic Liverpool church are celebrating after developers scrapped plans to demolish it. Plans to knock down St Peter's church in High Park Street, Toxteth, met with protests when put forward last year.
