CHRYSLER ELECTS NEW TREASURER
CHRYSLER ELECTS NEW TREASURER HIGHLAND PARK, Mich., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chrysler Board of
Directors today elected Thomas P. Capo Treasurer-Chrysler Corporation (NYSE: C).
He replaces Thomas J. Osborn who has been elected Executive Vice President for Chrysler Financial Corporation. Capo's appointment is effective immediately. He will be responsible for all Treasury functions including Corporate Finance, Credit, Investments and Banking. He will report to Jerome B. York, Executive Vice President-Finance. He had been Assistant Treasurer-Corporate Investments and Banking. Capo joined Chrysler in 1976 and has served in various managerial positions within the finance and Treasury activities. He holds a B.S. in finance and accounting, an M.A. in economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit. He was born on March 1, 1951 in Detroit.
