The hoedown also will feature raffle prizes - such as Cowboy Poetry Festival tickets and gift baskets with themes from music and western-wear items to sports memorabilia, edibles and bath and spa indulgences. The hoedown is the chorale's major fund-raiser of the year and will take place from 6 p.m. to 10 Feb. 2 at the Castaic Sports Complex, 31230 Castaic Road, Castaic. All proceeds will benefit the nonprofit community chorus, which is in its third successful season. Advance tickets to the event are priced at $15 for adults and $8 for children. Admission at the door will cost $18 for adults and $10 for children.
