CHOICEPOINT ACQUIRES CDC IN $86 MILLION DEAL.ChoicePoint Inc. CDC is a full-service, fully integrated database marketing company providing in one location all the disciplines required to take a database marketing program from concept to final execution. Based in Peoria, Illinois, the company designs and implements complex, customized database marketing programs primarily for clients in the insurance, consumer finance, publishing and banking industries.
