CHILD EVADES DEATH; GIRL EJECTED IN CAR CRASH.Byline: Ivan Sciupac Daily News Staff Writer A 3-year-old Panorama City girl survived what could have been a fatal crash Sunday when the toddler was thrown from a van that had been sideswiped at an intersection, police said.
