CHILD EVADES DEATH; GIRL EJECTED IN CAR CRASH.Byline: Ivan Sciupac Daily News Staff Writer A 3-year-old Panorama City girl survived what could have been a fatal crash Sunday when the toddler was thrown from a van that had been sideswiped at an intersection, police said. He recalled a case in which a 2-year-old girl unfastened herself from a car seat moments before a collision. ``It actually has happened,'' Ealy said. ``It's not uncommon and it is very possible.''
