Total sales increased 3.9% to $4.8 million from $4.6 million reported for the same period a year ago. Comparable store sales for the Company-owned stores decreased 8.5% for the four week period. For the thirty-four week period ended August 27, 1995, total sales increased 2.4% to $39.9 million from $39.0 million for the same period in 1994. Comparable store sales for the Company-owned stores decreased 13.2% for the thirty-four week period. Marvin Gralnick, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer commented, "Although we were certainly affected by the unusual weather conditions last month, we are disappointed with our August sales figures sales figures npl → cifras fpl de ventas .
