CHF UNVEILS LYNN CHASE LICENSED BED AND BATH LINE.

NEW YORK-CHF Industries added to its stable of licensees by entering into an agreement with Lynn Chase Designs for a new line of bedding and bath products. The first Lynn Chase collection makes its debut at this week's New York home textiles market.

The Lynn Chase bath products span a wide range, and include items such as embroidered bath and hand towels, bath rugs, shower curtains and rings, lotion pumps, wastebaskets, soap dishes and a ring holder.

The first offerings include groups themed after Lynn Chase's best-selling Jaguar Jungle collection, the beach-inspired St. Tropez group and the Orchids Only collection. The new products are on display during the show at the CHF showroom at 1 Park Ave. here.

"I had great fun designing this collection, especially items I personally feel women need in the bathroom, such as the ring holder," Chase said.

"Bedding and bath is a category that Lynn personally enjoys and has been interested in designing for a long time," said Richard A. Flintoft, president of Lynn Chase Designs.

Chase, known for her paintings of wildlife, began applying her designs to china in the 1980s and founded Lynn Chase Designs in 1988. That same year, she founded the Chase Wildlife Foundation.

"Lynn Chase is a talented artist and philanthropist who has built a tremendous business in the dinnerware and gift categories, and is a natural for expansion into other areas of the home, such as bedding and bath," said Joan Karron, executive vice president of CHF Industries. "We are pleased with her initial collection for us and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship."
