Joan Karron, Executive Vice President, CHF adds that CHF will use the Miss O & Friends(TM) website as a tool in the product development process. "We can get feedback from girls right away," she says, noting that traditional consumer research often takes months. "This relationship will allow us to tap into what girls are thinking, and we can take their preferences into account when we design actual home fashions products."

In March, CHF previewed five potential home fashions designs on the Miss O & Friends(TM) website, and received more than 4,000 responses from young girls voting for their favorites. Juliette Brindak, co-founder of Miss O & Friends(TM) comments, "We are excited about our partnership with CHF, as we will be able to provide tween girls with both products they need coupled with what they really want." Miss O & Friends(TM) was created by tween girls as an interactive Web community, a non-commercial online gathering place where "girls can be girls" in a safe, non-chat environment. The company's website, http://www.missoandfriends.com, which launched in April 2005, offers a variety of interactive features, including contests, games, music, essays and the Miss O Club. A special feature of the site allows girls to vote on their "Daily Faves" in categories such as stories, fashion and jewelry.

CHF Industries has been a leading supplier of innovative home fashions for the juvenile, tween and teen markets for more than two decades. Its best-selling programs include an ongoing license with the popular Hello Kitty brand, as well as its own in-house collections Reflections, My Room and My Room Too. "This ground-breaking new relationship with Miss O & Friends(TM) allows CHF to substantially expand its product assortment for the tween market," Foley remarks. "Miss O & Friends(TM) provides us with authenticity, as the company was founded by young girls and is co-managed by young girls."

Co-founders 17-year-old Juliette Brindak and 11-year-old Olivia Brindak created Miss O & Friends(TM) as a way to help young girls express themselves and build self-esteem -- and by virtually every measurement they are succeeding. The website, which recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, has registered more than 700 million hits, according to according to
