An officer and director of the Calabasas Hills-based restaurant chain, Overton founded the company in 1972 with her first husband, Oscar. This year, sales are expected to exceed $150 million in combined restaurant and bakery sales.

Overton began the bakery side of the business and her son, David, developed the restaurant side, which grew into 16 outlets nationwide. David Overton serves as chairman, president and chief executive.
