Life Savers Co., a division of Nabisco Inc., recently introduced Creme n. 1. Cream; - a term used esp. in cookery, names of liqueurs, etc.  Savers hard candy in three flavors. They're made with cream, and some tasters thought the Strawberries & Creme and Orange & creme flavors tasted like Creamsicles. But the Chocolate & Caramel Creme flavor was the hands-down favorite. Because this flavor is so popular, even now it is the most difficult to find in stores. A roll of any flavor costs about 50 cents, a 6-ounce bag of individually wrapped candies costs about $1.50, and 11-ounce bags are $2.50. Look for the candies at supermarkets, drug stores and mass merchandisers.
