To avoid heating up the oven, the beef could just as easily be grilled stove top in a grill-pan and sauteed in a saute pan. A small heat-resistant bowl, a medium and a small saucepan were also required to get this one meal on the table. Dirtying so many dishes was exasperating - and really unnecessary. There are several ways to shortcut the directions including using a microwave. The filet tasted good (except there were too many flavor combinations going on in the dish) but was a major production to get on the table. The Asian Salmon dinner was also delicious, but too time consuming to prepare. Considering the price and the time involved, it would be less expensive to dine in a good restaurant - and you don't have to do any of the preparation or clean-up. For my money, I'd rather whip up a dinner from scratch - and in less time - or buy takeout food or dine out. Meals can be ordered for two, four or six. Five different meals are offered weekly. (Salmon is $28 for two; $49 for four; $72 for six; filet is $33 for two; add overnight FedEx delivery, which runs $12.95 for two; $14.95 for four and $16.95 for six).
