If you're into low- or reduced-fat cooking these days, you'll want to get a copy of ``Simply Delicious,'' an attractive and colorful 26-page recipe booklet with 24 recipes using Swanson broths. Recipes range from Skinny Clam clam, common name for certain bivalve mollusks, especially for marine species that live buried in mud or sand and have valves (the two pieces of the shell) of equal size.  Chowder chowder, stew of fish or shellfish with potatoes, onions, and pork (usually salt pork), thickened with crumbled hard bread. The name chowder seems to have originated from the French word chaudière  and Shortcut (1) In Windows, a shortcut is an icon that points to a program or data file. Food magazine to fold

Don't blame a return to steak and butter for the demise of Eating Well magazine after 10 years. Despite a circulation of 650,000, publisher Hachette Filipacchi earlier this month told editor in chief Marcelle Langan DiFalco and her staff in Charlotte, Vt., to start cleaning out their desks.

Circulation of its competition, Cooking Light, reached 1.4 million this month, up 50,000 over last year. Eating Well will be out of business with the March-April issue. It had been losing money, and several editors said they thought the advertisers wanted a younger, less middle-of-the-road audience.

Bet you can't eat just one or even two! Look for them at Trader Joe's Trader Joe's is a privately held chain of specialty grocery stores headquartered in Monrovia, California.
