 is a nonprofit, quasi quasi (kway-zeye, kwah-zee) adj., adv. from Latin for "as if," almost, somewhat, to a degree (always used in combination with another word). Quasi refers to things and actions which are not exactly or fully what they might appear, but have to be treated "as if" they were.-governmental group that provides manufacturing companies with business and technical consultants at a cost of 25 percent to 35 percent less than hiring an independent consultant.

CMTC delivers affordable services in the areas of quality systems, management, business, operations, engineering and organization development. Representatives will evaluate the business, shop around for the best programs and then present you with several choices. They will even help with implementation.
