The Chancellors beat San Pedro 3-1 Saturday at East Los Angeles College ELAC is a two year college, offering associate degree programs in over 25 fields as well as both academic transfer courses which prepare students for admission to the University of California and California State University system and occupational programs which prepare students for for their eighth championship in 10 years. So ordinary has this become that Chatsworth (24-1-1) didn't celebrate as much as San Pedro (10-8-6) did, and no one dumped water on the coaching staff. Everybody played, so everybody likely will feel they earned the gift coach Jack Sidwell gives each player for winning. In the past two years, Sidwell has given players some sort of necklace necklace: see jewelry. . San Pedro was denied for the second time in three seasons and celebrated because it scored a goal against Chatsworth for the first time since 1994 - by Megan O'Donnell in the last minute. ``We're just delighted we got a score because it's been (four) years,'' San Pedro coach Gwen Slater slat·er n. 1.
