Baseball America honors the top players each year. Stock was cited as the most dominant 14-year-old after earning the same honor at age 13.

``It's hard to imagine any 14-year-old out there better than he is,'' Agoura coach Scott Deck said. ``He's pretty impressive.''

Stock, who was a reliever last year as a freshman, is expected to move into the starting rotation next season. His pitches consistently reach 80 to 90 mph.
