I, in 1980-87. ``I think this past year's team could have competed with anybody,'' Rooney said. ``But, because of our relative size, there are years we have really good players and years when we don't. Even when we don't have really good players, we can be competitive at the level we're at. That probably wouldn't be possible in Div. I.'' No changes will be made until the Southern Section realigns schools in October. ...
